Attract and Retain Talent

The aims and objectives of this course are to provide practitioners with guidance on how to attract and retain trainees and qualified legal practitioners. Speakers will explain the flexible nature of training contracts, and the hybrid Professional Practice Course, how a trainee can work and learn and how firms can offer alternative approaches to training. In addition, attendees will be advised on how to attract and interview potential employees and how subsequently to retain them.

This course is suitable for all practitioners seeking to recruit legal staff at the trainee and qualified level. It will assist firms seeking to expand or seeking to plan for succession. The course is particularly relevant for small to medium sized firms.
