This course aims to assist attendees in making optimised, streamlined applications to Tailte Éireann, thus reducing scope for queries and rejections.

These courses are suitable for solicitors, legal executives, legal secretaries and all staff in a law firm who prepare applications for lodgement with Tailte Éireann for registration purposes.

This course, recorded during a live webinar in October 2025, focuses on Form 1 (First Registration of a Freehold documentary title) and Form 2 (First Registration of Leasehold documentary title).
